Forfeit the game.

LP = Awesome. Despite the restless queueing from 5-8pm outside the Padang (?!) in the sweltering heat, then waiting inside again for it to start... and when it finally did, waiting again (with increasing impatience) for the opening act (Korean band PIA) to finish their seven numbers. Almost 9.30pm before the gig itself finally started, but when it did... it did.

Three metres away from the stage, squished between bunches of sweaty, smelly people, but for once it didn't quite matter. [Bro cheated on betting of first 2 songs, since their itinerary was almost similar to the Live in Texas gig.] Have literally never jumped and rocked so much in my entire life before (a little sad, but better late than never...). Rubbed up against by thousands of people (in particular the busty malay chick behind), entire tee practically soaked with sweat from all that jumping and screaming and head-banging, and between the 2 of us we still found time to drown 3 bottles of trusty gatorade/water. Half deaf now and didn't manage to get stuff signed OR buy a souvenir tee, but damn was it fun. Am officially a bit too old for rock concerts though. Crashed the moment I got home til 3 the next day. More exercise than I've done in a month.

And the pictures, courtesy of bro's camera.

One of the better Chester photos. (That's me bottom right!)

Blurry Mike pic, but the only one on cam.

Phoenix.

Favourite pic, Chester and Brad.
